How can I get the free offer?

Send us your artwork to get a free quote.

How to place an order with us?
  1. Send us your artwork or design via Quick Quote Form.
  2. You will receive a quote for cost approval.
  3. You send us an approval for the cost.
  4. We will send a secure PayPal payment link.
  5. Once payment is completed, we send the completed vector artwork file in 1 to 24 hours. you will receive the vector file by mail (We accept all major credit cards.)

How long does it take to complete?

Standard logo redraws are usually drawn within 1 to 24 hours. We may be able to do it sooner if you’re in a hurry. No extra charge. Just ask. Obviously for complicated vector image conversions it may take longer. Click here for a free quote.

What file types will the image are saved as?

Just about anything you want. We’ll send a jpg and an EPS file but if you request it we’ll also send any of the following file formats: AI, EPS, CDR, TIFF, BMP, PDF, JPG, GIF, WMF. All files are sent by email.

What software do you use?

We use mainly the latest version of Adobe Illustrator CS5 and CorelDRAW X5.

No problem, we can either adjust it until you’re happy or call it quits. We won’t ask for a payment until you’ve approved the initial proof. Once we’ve received your payment we’ll send you the EPS vector art file.

How do you send your artwork?

Just email (orders@inkbillion.com) to us the best quality version of your artwork that you have. Obviously the clearer it is for us to see, then the better job we can make of the final image. (Please send as a JPG or GIF file.)

How do you receive the final vector graphic?

We will send you the final EPS or AI , CDR vector file by email.

What is a vector image?

Vector drawings can be scalable to any size without any loss in quality. This makes them ideal for company logos or other objects that have to be resized frequently.

How do I make the payment?

Normally we can accept any major credit card through the PayPal secure banking system, or a direct payment from your Paypal account. The terms are designed to reduce risk for both parties until the working relationship earns trust and credibility.

Your design will be kept strictly confidential by us. We never sell our customer’s design to others. we have kept all the designs that we have done till now and all the designs done are safe. In the event of any crash of computer or virus attack you can always ask us for the copy and we will send that for free!
